Printable Valentine Cards for Kids

It is such a sweet tradition that children send Valentine cards to each other. And to make it very easy I have made this page with vintage Valentine cards for kids and Valentine greetings your children will appreciate.

“Roses are Red
Violets are Blue
Carnations are Sweet
And so are you.”

“My love is like a cabbage
Divided into two,
The leaves I give to others,
The heart I give to you.”

“He sent his love a Valentine;
His love did not reply.
We never dare to care to sign
These things, I wonder why.”

Won’t it just be nice to receive such a cute bee in the flower for Valentine’s Day, or maybe the tiger with the heart? (Although I find the tiger-card a bit scary, I cannot se if the tiger is eating the heart or not?).

“Oh will you be my wallaby?”
Asked Mr. Kangaroo.
“For we could find so very many
Jumping things to do.”

“I love you more than applesauce,
Than peaches and a plum,
Than chocolate hearts,
And cherry tarts,
And berry bubble-gum.

I love you more than lemonade,
And seven-layer cake,
Than lollipops,
And candy drops,
And thick vanilla shake.

I love you more than marzipan,
Than marmalade on toast;
For I love pies
Of any size,
But I love you the most.”

~ Jack Prelutsky

The next card is with a cute little cupid making a snowman for you. The other one was a mechanical card, where the feet of the figure could turn to make the small figure look like walking.

All the first cards are approx. 9 x 13 cm printed in 300 dbi, but the next two are smaller.

I think they are approx. 8 x something, if you print them in 300 dbi. But I think that should go well with smaller cards for smaller people like kids. 🙂
